• Execute test plans and test cases for platform features, APIs, integrations, and UI/UX workflows.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing using both manual and automated methods.
• Leverage AI-enabled QA tools (e.g., automated test generation, defect prediction, intelligent regression testing) to speed up coverage and reduce defects.
• Validate third-party connectivity, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., OFX, FDX, OAuth2, OIDC).
• Document and track defects in collaboration with engineering teams, retesting fixes as needed.
• Contribute to automated test suites, including API test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• 2–4 years of QA experience in SaaS or FinTech environments.
• Hands-on experience in writing/executing test plans for APIs, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Familiarity with automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AI-enabled QA tools a plus (willingness to learn is required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think from both developer and end-user perspectives.
