🔍 About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst with strong SQL and Python skills who thrives in a data-heavy environment. You’ll work closely with business, product, and finance teams to analyze complex datasets, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting across systems.

Experience in E-commerce or FinTech environments is a strong plus.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

✔ Write and optimize complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window & analytical functions) ✔ Work with high-scale databases such as BigQuery, Hive, or PostgreSQL ✔ Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and automation ✔ Investigate large-scale discrepancies (yes — even ₹600Cr ones!) and identify root causes ✔ Understand upstream data pipelines and assess downstream reporting impact ✔ Partner with cross-functional teams to validate business metrics ✔ Create clear, reliable data outputs for reporting and decision-making ✔ Improve data accuracy, validation processes, and reporting frameworks

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in a data-intensive environment ✔ Strong hands-on SQL expertise (complex joins, window functions, CTEs mandatory) ✔ Experience with large datasets and high-performance databases ✔ Functional knowledge of Python for data wrangling and automation ✔ Strong systems thinking — you understand how data flows across systems ✔ A true problem-solver mindset with strong analytical curiosity ✔ Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured insights

➕ Experience in E-Commerce or FinTech ➕ Exposure to large-scale financial or transactional data ➕ Experience with data warehousing environments
