Key Responsibilities

Azure Active Directory

Manage collaboration-related policies, app registrations, Conditional Access, and Azure AD Connect operations.

Exchange Online

SharePoint Online & OneDrive

Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, and sharing settings.
Support migrations related to file servers and M&A activities.
Manage OneDrive configurations, sync issues, backup/restore operations, and end user storage optimization.

Microsoft Teams

Power BI

Basic understanding of workspace management, data connectivity, and gateway configurations.

Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance

Create and manage DLP policies across all M365 workloads.
Support DSPM initiatives and mitigate data exposure risks.
Manage sensitivity labels, information protection, and auto labeling.
Execute content searches, eDiscovery, and assist with investigations.
Monitor and enforce MCAS/MDCA policies.
Configure and manage threat protection services (Safe Links, Safe Attachments, anti phishing).
Maintain secure external collaboration and compliance controls.

Copilot & Copilot Studio

Enable, support, and govern the use of Microsoft Copilot across M365 applications.
Administer Copilot Studio environments, access controls, and DLP configurations.
Understand Power Platform governance, including tenant settings, environment management, and CoE models.

Cloud Backup (Any O365 Backup Tool)

Perform backup and restore operations for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Troubleshoot backup issues and coordinate with backup vendors.

Operational & Strategic Responsibilities

Monitor collaboration systems and recommend performance or security improvements.
Manage incidents/escalations and guide L2 operations teams.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support audits and InfoSec requirements.
Track Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.
