Job Description

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain the HC data warehouse by integrating data from multiple HR systems (HRIS, payroll, recruitment, performance) into a centralized, reliable data repository
Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and aggregation
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity through regular validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data pipelines
Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using any BI Tools (Power BI, Metabase, etc) covering key HC metrics
Define and standardize HC data models, data dictionaries, and metric definitions to ensure consistency across all reporting outputs
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve data workflow efficiency
Translate HC business requirements into technical data solutions and analytics deliverables

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, or a related data function
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
Hands-on experience in building and maintaining data warehouses or data marts
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience with ETL tools or pipeline development (e.g., dbt, SSIS, Talend, or similar) is a plus
Experience with HRIS and other HC System is a plus
Solid understanding of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Structured, disciplined, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
