We are seeking Graduates who have completed their BS/BA/MA/MSc/PHD studies between 2025 and 2026 with Degrees including:

Information Technology
Telecommunication/ Computer Networking
Computer Science
ICT / Computer / Software Engineering
Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering
Data Analytics

Joining our graduate program with a 12-month cycle that offers successful applicants the starting point in their longer-term career with Ericsson, and within the information and communication technologies industry. Every graduate will be encouraged to think big and given the freedom and support to turn their ideas into achievements.

Ascent graduates will work on challenging projects, be part of a global community of professionals and develop under the guidance of expert leadership, in the area they are most passionate about.

Program Overview

12-month program
4-week induction and onboarding course
Rotations will be offered across Cloud Software Service Domain Departments.
Program is open to soon to be graduates and those who have received their qualification within 18 months.

Join our Team

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

High level academic achievement (academic transcripts or summary of results to date must be included)
Evidence of leadership roles and achievements at school, University or in outside interests would be highly regarded
Candidates must complete their initial degree or honors level qualification by the end of 2026. Candidates completing higher-level qualifications will also be considered.

Highly Regarded Experience:

Good Understanding or some hands-on Experience installing operating systems
Good Understanding or some hands-on Experience with virtual machines
Exposure to containerization
Familiarity with automation tools
Cloud experience or exposure
Programming experience in VBA,R, MATLAB, C/C++, Python, Java
Good Understanding or some hands System experience with Cisco, Juniper, Wireshark, PSpice, LT spice
Good Knowledge in Telecommunication networks
Good Understanding or some hands Experience with switches, routers, IP networks, transmission network is an advanced
