Python Web and Full Stack Technical Lead

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of overall application development experience
• 4+ Years of Strong experience in Python Web Technologies
• Detailed Skillset on Python Web
• Develop intelligent backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python & Flask APIs.
• Python resource preferable but smart developers with strong inclination to adopt new technologies can be accommodated as well.
• Design smart logic — e.g., REST API integrations, event-driven workflows, data processing, ML & LLM model integrations.
• Build secure, highly available systems, understanding of visitor data security and integrate with various front-ends (web, iPad, IoT).
• Knowledge of working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Minimum 3 years of strong hands-on experience in designing and writing modular/reusable code using ReactJs.
• Design and implement responsive, high-performance web user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
• Integrate CMS, Backend REST APIs and real-time data streams to deliver interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with backend and iOS teams for a cohesive multi-device experience.
• Write reusable, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• SDLC awareness, Azure Boards, Azure Cloud comfort, Git source control is preferable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand existing application architecture and solution design
• Develop Middle Tier using Python Web Frameworks, leveraging Microservices architecture
• Build engaging, usable, and accessible UI applications/components/code libraries for web.
• Work with other architects, leads, team members in an agile scrum environment
• Understand and respect UX and its role in the development of excellent UIs
• Build engaging, usable, and accessible UI applications/components/code libraries for web.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Identify the gaps and come up with working solutions
• Understand enterprise application design framework and processes
• Lead or Mentor junior and/or mid-level developers
• Review code and establish best practices
• Look out for latest technologies and match up with EY use case and solve business problems efficiently
