Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases based on functional and technical requirements
Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Execute API testing using tools such as Postman
Design and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Perform performance testing using JMeter
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business stakeholders
Track, report, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or similar
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Work closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables
Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and quality standards

Requirements

3 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
Strong experience in test planning and test case design
Experience in functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman
Experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
