We’re Hiring: Linux System Administrator

We are looking for Linux System Administrator to manage and support our Linux-based infrastructure in a dynamic web hosting environment. If you have strong troubleshooting abilities and experience with hosting technologies, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Linux servers in a web hosting environment

• Install and manage services such as Apache, MySQL, Exim, DNS, and related web technologies

• Perform server security hardening, patch management, and security audits

• Monitor server performance, hardware health, and infrastructure alerts

• Analyze system, application, and mail logs to troubleshoot issues

• Provide Level I technical support via helpdesk and phone

• Troubleshoot cPanel/WHM and Plesk control panel issues

• Maintain documentation and update internal knowledge base systems

• Participate in infrastructure improvements, monitoring enhancements, and workflow optimization

• Support 24x7 operations responsibilities when necessary

Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Relevant experience in Linux Administration)

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Linux system administration

• Advanced knowledge of cPanel/WHM and Plesk

• Experience with Apache, MySQL, Exim, DNS, and mail server configuration

• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking (LAN/WAN)

• Experience with virtualization technologies

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and SLA management

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
