Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong Salesforce Integration expertise to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, along with hands-on experience in integrating AI/ML solutions with Salesforce platforms.

This role demands a combination of advanced analytics, machine learning expertise, and Salesforce ecosystem knowledge to drive intelligent automation, enhance customer experiences, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges
  
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with Salesforce platforms to improve workflows and enable data-driven decision-making
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  
• Perform data preprocessing, cleansing, and feature engineering for high-quality model input
  
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance for accuracy and efficiency
  
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and Salesforce integrations
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Integration (APIs, data models, integration patterns, best practices)
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
  
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  
• 7–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Salesforce integration
  
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML projects
  
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
