Job Title: Android Developer

Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 4+ Years in Android Development)

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern Android development practices, scalable architecture patterns, and a passion for building robust, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Development

• Design, develop, and enhance Android applications
  
• Implement scalable architectures such as MVVM and Clean Architecture
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
  
• Ensure timely delivery of features and releases
  

2. Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Design, API, Marketing, and Operations teams
  
• Align development efforts with business objectives
  
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions
  

3. Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor and guide junior developers
  
• Promote coding standards, best practices, and a problem-solving mindset
  
• Contribute to technical decision-making
  

4. App Performance & Enhancement

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and availability
  
• Continuously improve features based on user feedback and business needs
  
• Optimize applications for speed and efficiency
  

5. Engineering Excellence

• Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability
  
• Meet SLA/SLO targets and performance benchmarks

• Debug and resolve critical production issues with long-term solutions
  

6. Support

• Provide L3 production support
  
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident management
  
• Ensure smooth functioning of live applications
  

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

• 6+ years of total experience with at least 4+ years in Android development
  
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  
• Deep understanding of MVVM and Clean Architecture
  
• Strong knowledge of Android UI/UX design principles
  

Advanced Concepts

• Memory management and thread handling
  
• Networking and API integrations
  
• Experience with Jetpack components and libraries
  
• Proficiency in Kotlin Coroutines for asynchronous programming
  
• Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks (Dagger2 / Hilt)
