Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and troubleshoot batch processing issues to minimize SLA impact
Perform root cause analysis for data and process-related issues
Provide day-to-day production and operational support for applications
Ensure application stability and service level indicators (SLIs) are met
Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance and process improvement
Respond promptly to queries from business teams
Share timely updates on status, progress, issues, and resolutions with stakeholders
Participate in disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) activities

Required Skills:

3–4 years of IT experience, preferably in production support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good experience in SQL and Unix shell scripting
Familiarity with Teradata or Hadoop
Experience with job scheduling tools (any)
Good communication and articulation skills
