Test Lead (Banking, SWIFT, Agile)

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in test lead role, preferably with Private Banking and Corporate Actions
• Strong knowledge of Securities, Corporate Actions, Accounting, Pricing domains in Private Banking
• Strong knowledge of T24 modules for these domains
• Strong functional knowledge of Corporate Actions processes including mandatory/optional events, such as spin-offs, mergers, dividends, and corporate reorganisations.
• Strong experience in SWIFT messaging standards for Corporate Actions, including interpretation and validation of MT 564, MT 566, MT 568
• Experience in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE
• Experience in JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantage
• Understanding of Automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps concepts to drive Automation in projects.
• Experience in Agile planning tools such as JIRA, Confluence
