Job Description

Basic Function- Design and architect the front-end application by evaluating and implementing modern frameworks and technologies to ensure high performance, maintainability, and rapid deployment of IPS products.

On-site coordination with Technical / Product / Scrum Team and help resolve Application Issues
Work on design, development, quality, and support activities of business applications
Work with associated teams and business analysts to understand and elaborate the business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with onshore teams for business and functional requirements, sprint coordination, and other delivery-related requirements.
Understand, debug, and resolve Application related Issues.
Build a stronger and highly skilled front-end team while providing technical oversight to the development team, including design and code reviews.
Experience in managing direct reports consisting of lead engineers working on multiple projects.
Good Communication and presentation skills

Essential Functions- Vast programming experience in a multi-tier environment using different languages.

Architecting detailed technical designs as assigned, based on requirements and/or functional designs, and developing web development projects.
Produce common components, interfaces, classes, functions, web pages, etc., which can be used across the products as a common library.
Identify Tech Debt and performance improvements by looking into current implementation and work towards implementation.
Review the code from the other front-end developers and peers and provide feedback.
Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies, ensuring consistency and quality across products and initiatives.
Create complete and accurate technical artifacts, both within the code being created, and externally as input to the documentation team, or in the form of technical whitepapers or other publications.
