About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, execution-focused Web Developer who blends design, development, and AI-powered workflows to build high-converting landing pages and marketing websites.

Your primary focus will be designing and developing landing pages using WordPress (Elementor), System.io, and other website/landing page builders while actively leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, improve design quality, and optimize performance.

This role is ideal for someone who can take ideas from concept to live page quickly, experiment with new tools, and use AI to enhance both speed and output quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Landing Page Development:

  • Build, customize, and optimize landing pages on WordPress (Elementor) and System.io.
  • Use AI assistance for faster development (code snippets, layout structuring, section creation).
  • Implement custom sections using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript when required.
  • Ensure responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and fast loading speeds.
  • Maintain and update pages based on campaign and performance needs.

AI-Driven Workflow & Optimization:

  • Leverage AI tools to speed up design → development → optimization cycles.
  • Generate multiple landing page variations using AI for A/B testing.
  • Use AI for:
  • UI copy suggestions and structuring
  • Section flow optimization
  • Visual asset generation
  • Continuously explore new AI tools/plugins to improve efficiency and output quality.

Performance & Conversion Optimization:

  • Analyze and improve landing pages for conversion rates and user experience.
  • Optimize pages for speed, SEO, and mobile performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align design with funnel goals.
  • Stay updated with UI/UX trends, CRO principles, and AI advancements.


Technical Skill Requirements:

  • WordPress: Hands-on expertise with Elementor, themes, and plugins.
  • System.io: Ability to design and optimize funnels/landing pages.
  • Front-End: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

AI & Modern Workflow Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and ability to use AI for:
  • Generating landing page layouts and wireframes
  • Assisting with UI copy and structure
  • Creating visual assets quickly
  • Understanding how to refine and improve AI-generated outputs to match brand and performance goals.

Soft Skills & Mindset:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design, alignment, and consistency.
  • AI-first mindset — actively uses AI to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency.
  • Strong experimentation mindset — tests variations and iterates based on performance.
  • Proactive, curious, and always exploring new tools and design trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and tech teams.
  • Takes ownership from concept to live deployment.
