Job Title: Associate/ Product Manager - Product Management

Location: Remote – India

Department: Product Management

Reports To: Sr. Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who can drive end-to-end product ownership — from discovery to delivery. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build products that create measurable value for our B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals
Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned modules/features
Conduct customer discovery through interviews, market research, and feedback analysis
Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria including prototyping using AI tools (preferably: Lovable, Claude and Cursor).
Work closely with Engineering and Design teams in agile/sprint cycles
Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and business value
Define product KPIs and track performance post-launch
Partner with Sales and Marketing for successful GTM strategy and launches
Continuously iterate using data, customer feedback, and market insights

Required Skills & Experience

6–8 years of experience in Product Management (B2B SaaS)
Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, retention, LTV, CAC models)
Experience working in agile/scrum development environments
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
Technical understanding of REST APIs, integrations, or SaaS architecture
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mouseflow, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.)
