Senior Fullstack Developer – CMS & Digital Experience Platform (DXP)

Who We’re Looking For

We are building a strong CMS + Digital Experience Platform (DXP) engineering team in Batam and are looking for a high-performing Senior Fullstack Developer who thrives in complex, enterprise environments.

This is not a maintenance role.

We are looking for someone who can architect, build, optimize, and lead.

You must be comfortable working across backend, frontend, integrations, and leading developers — while also being confident in client-facing technical discussions.

Relocation to Batam, Indonesia is mandatory.

What You Will Own

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise CMS and DXP solutions
• Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized digital platforms
• Drive architectural decisions across frontend and backend layers
• Lead and mentor a team of at least 4 developers (hands-on leadership)
• Participate in technical workshops, client presentations, and solution discussions
• Review code, enforce standards, and improve engineering quality
• Contribute to technical estimation, risk assessment, and delivery planning
• Work on personalization, headless architecture, and API-driven platforms

Required Experience

Enterprise CMS / DXP (Minimum 4+ Years Hands-On)

Strong implementation experience in one or more of:

• Sitecore (XP / XM / Headless)
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service)
• Magnolia
• Kentico
• Drupal (Enterprise / Headless)
• Umbraco
• Headless CMS such as:

- Contentful

- Strapi

- Sanity

- Prismic

Must have been involved in real project builds, not only content updates.

Experience in:

• Personalization
• Multi-site / multi-language platforms
• System integrations (CRM, CDP, Analytics, Marketing tools)
• Headless or composable architecture

Frontend Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with modern frameworks:

• React.js / Next.js
• Vue.js / Nuxt.js
• Angular
• TypeScript
• State management (Redux, Pinia, NgRx)
• REST & GraphQL integrations
• Performance optimization & Core Web Vitals
• Responsive and component-based architecture

You should understand how frontend integrates into enterprise CMS environments.

Backend & Fullstack Capability

Experience in one or more:

• .NET / C#
• Java (AEM environment)
• Node.js
• API design and microservices
• SQL / NoSQL databases
• CI/CD pipelines
• Git-based workflows

Understanding of caching strategy, security, and scalability in CMS environments is expected.

Leadership & Communication

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 4 developers
• Hands-on contributor — not just delegating tasks
• Able to conduct technical presentations and architecture walkthroughs
• Confident in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable supporting pre-sales technical discussions

What Sets You Apart

• Experience in CMS modernization or migration projects
• Exposure to DXP ecosystems (CDP, Marketing Automation, Analytics)
• Cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS)
• Strong architectural thinking beyond just coding

Location Requirement

• Based in Batam, Indonesia
• Relocation required if currently outside Batam
• Onsite presence is mandatory
