FatakPay is a financial wellness super app serving 30 lakh+ users across India. We disbursed ₹3,058 Cr in FY26, grew revenue 2.6x to ₹387 Cr, and delivered ₹87 Cr in profit — all while building a 22-product platform spanning lending, insurance, digital gold, payments, and credit health.

We're not a company that talks about AI. We ship it. We already run proprietary credit risk models, in-house SMS and Account Aggregator parsers, AI calling bots across collections and activation, propensity models that deliver 3x conversion lift, and fraud detection systems that save 5% of marketing spend. Our in-house SMS processor alone replaced a ₹1.5/user vendor dependency, saving ₹15 lakh per month.

Now we're looking for the person who takes this from scattered wins to a company-wide operating system.

You will be the single owner of AI adoption across FatakPay — not in a lab, not in a silo, but embedded in every department, every workflow, every decision. You'll work directly with the COO and sit across IT, Product, Risk, Collections, Marketing, and Customer Service to identify high-impact AI use cases, prioritize them ruthlessly, and ship them into production.

This is not a "build an AI strategy deck" role. This is a "make AI the default way FatakPay operates" role.

• AI adoption scorecard across all departments — measurable, tracked monthly
• At least 5 production-deployed AI/ML models beyond what exists today
• ₹1 Cr+ in quantifiable cost savings or revenue uplift directly attributable to AI initiatives
• 10-20% of engineering output shifted to AI-assisted development
• Digital Branch MVP live and processing real customers
• Customer care bot generating measurable new customer acquisitions

Must-Have:

• 5-8 years in product management, with at least 2 years owning AI/ML product lines in production (not research, not POCs)
• You've shipped ML models that made money or saved money — and you can show the numbers
• Deep understanding of how LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or predictive ML actually work in production — you can challenge your data scientists, not just relay their updates
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services — you understand credit risk, collections, underwriting, and why a 50 bps improvement in PAR matters
• Comfortable working across 8-10 stakeholders simultaneously — this role touches every function
• Strong product instinct: you know when to build vs. buy vs. leverage, and you ship fast

Great-to-Have:

• Experience building AI-powered voice bots, conversational AI, or chatbot systems
• Hands-on familiarity with Gen AI tools (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG architectures)
• Experience with Account Aggregator, SMS parsing, or alternative data for credit scoring in India
• Background in building internal tools or developer productivity systems using AI
• Prior startup experience where you wore multiple hats and operated with a small team

Most "AI PM" roles are about building one model for one team. This role is about rewiring how an entire company thinks and operates. You'll have:

• Real problems: Credit risk for 30L+ users, collections on a ₹476 Cr AUM book, fraud detection on millions of transactions, customer service at scale — not toy problems
• Real data: SMS data, banking statements, bureau reports, UPI transactions, behavioral signals — a proprietary data moat that most fintechs don't have
• Real P&L impact: FatakPay is profitable. Every AI initiative you ship has a direct line to the ₹1,000 Cr revenue target for FY27
• Builder culture: We built our SMS processor in-house. We built our own propensity models. We don't outsource our brain. You'll be surrounded by people who build
