We are looking for a Product-Minded Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you won't just be handed a spec sheet; you will be an active partner in shaping the roadmap. You will use your technical expertise to influence product decisions, prioritize user value, and navigate the trade-offs between speed-to-market and long-term scalability.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Build with Purpose: Collaborate deeply with Product Managers and Designers to understand user pain points and translate them into technical requirements.
• Scale & Transition: Design highly scalable, testable, and maintainable solutions. (Key Initiative: Play a pivotal role in our architectural migration from NestJS/Node.js to Go).
• Own the Outcome: Take ownership of features from the idea phase through to deployment and monitoring. You care about how your code performs in production and how users interact with it.
• Data-Driven Engineering: Use data and user feedback to iterate on features, making pragmatic engineering choices that drive business impact.
• Full-Stack Versatility: Be enthusiastic about working across the full stack (Frontend, Backend, Infrastructure) to get the job done.

What You Bring to the Table

The Product Mindset:

• User Empathy: You care deeply about the user experience and are willing to push back on requirements if they don't solve the user's problem.
• Business Acumen: You strive to understand the business metrics your code influences.
• Communication: You can explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders effectively in English.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of Software Engineering experience.

(Mid-level: 2-4 years | Senior level: 5-10 years)

• Core Stack: Strong proficiency in a JavaScript/TypeScript development environment (NodeJS, NestJS, or Vue3).
• The "Go" Factor: Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and write Go (Golang). Note: We are actively migrating our backend from NestJS to Go.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Flutter/Dart, MongoDB/CouchDB, or Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
