Information Technology Product Manager

The Product Owner Manager is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. This role acts as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and ensuring successful product delivery with measurable value outcomes.

Handles the capacity management, mentorship of team members and compliance to solution delivery metrics. Be able to manage critical programs or projects that would contribute to the company’s key initiatives.

Project Delivery

• Product Vision & Strategy

o Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with company strategy.

o Prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum business value and customer satisfaction.

o Continuously assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to evolve the product roadmap.

• Backlog Management

o Own and manage the product backlog—creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on value, risk, and dependencies.

o Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and

acceptance criteria.

o Ensure backlog items are ready for development and align with sprint goals.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

o Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the delivery team.

o Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies transparently to leadership and cross-functional teams.

o Facilitate product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder feedback sessions.

• Delivery & Execution

o Work closely with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure timely, quality

product delivery.

o Validate completed features against acceptance criteria and approve for release.

o Monitor product performance post-launch and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Customer Focus & Value Delivery

o Champion the voice of the customer and ensure product decisions are data-driven.
