Role Description

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer for a full-time hybrid role based in Quezon City, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Fullstack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and effective web-based applications with backend and frontend features. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing front-end user interfaces, building back-end architectures, and maintaining software systems. He shall also integrate APIs with Nuxt frontend. The role also involves improving system performance and ensuring seamless integration of software components. Further, the role is expected to deliver features based on sprint timelines, and shall provide documentation and proper handover.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Stack Development, including expertise in back-end web development and front-end development
• 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack web development

Backend

• Strong experience with Node.js
• Hands-on experience with Express.js (required)
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Implement authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, sessions)
• Knowledge of API security, middleware, and error handling
• Database experience:
• MySQL / PostgreSQL
• MongoDB

Frontend (Nuxt.js ONLY)

• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Nuxt.js (required)
• SSR & SPA development
• Routing, layouts, and composables
• Build responsive, mobile-first, and SEO-friendly interfaces
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility
