Business Systems Analyst I - 2-5 Yrs – Bangalore Location – Regular US Shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST)

About The Team

Centralized teams handle new requests for the network design team, assist with project reviews and documentation, send proposals, and process contracts. They coordinate communication among network design, provisioning, sales, and project management teams, serving as gatekeepers for all activities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Process documentation for Network Services Requests in timely and accurate manner
• Create documentation for team processes as needed
• Participate in daily reviews and maintain clear meeting notes
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and across other teams to support client needs and timely escalations
• Monitor and manage the team inbox, ensuring timely review, response, and routing of emails, requests, and action items
  
  

What You Will Need

• 2-5 Yrs of experience in creating documentation for project reviews and follow up with Clients/Stakeholders
• Contributes to the documentation of system solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals
• analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications
• Excellent communication skills and work with global clients
