Quality Assurance & System Funtional Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand functional requirements and business processes to ensure all use cases are covered.
• Plan, develop, and execute test cases scenarios, including edge cases, to validate system behavior and identify issues
• Document, report bugs clearly, and verify fixes through retesting
• Perform functional and regression testing on new and existing features
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business requirements and create UAT reports.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including system documentation, feature explanations, and user guidelines/manuals
• Develop clear and easy-to-understand user guides to help end users operate the system effectively
• Update documentation based on system changes, feedback, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA team to ensure product quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with creating and executing test cases and documenting test results.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets or testing tools for reporting.
• Basic knowledge of systems like Odoo ERP, web/mobile applications, CMS, and APIs.
• Experience or familiarity in creating structured documentation such as user guides, manuals, or feature explanations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, or Cypress is a plus.
