Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the platforms, tools, and product capabilities that power Tao Bin’s operations at scale. This role may also have opportunities to contribute to adjacent customer-facing experiences where relevant.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, operations, and business impact.

At Tao Bin, product work goes beyond shipping features. You’ll help define what matters, work closely with design and engineering, and drive initiatives from discovery to delivery and go-to-market.

TAO BIN is on a mission to become the premier choice for sustainable, healthier, fresh, and affordable beverages. With thousands of machines deployed throughout Thailand and hundreds of thousands of cups sold daily, we have become a household name. In our first full year (2022), we sold over 250 million cups, and this year, we expect to double that.

Behind our success is a strong product and operations ecosystem that supports machine replenishment, real-time monitoring and alerting, and operational reporting and analytics. This enables us to manage operations at scale.

• Product domains primarily across internal platforms, operational tools, and business capabilities
• Tools and workflows that support machine operations, monitoring, reporting, and scale
• Commercial capabilities and internal product features that help the business operate more effectively
• Translating business goals and operational pain points into clear product opportunities
• Working as part of a product trio with engineering and design
• Driving measurable outcomes through strong prioritization, experimentation, and execution

• Have experience building and delivering impactful digital products
• Are comfortable using both qualitative insights and quantitative data to make decisions
• Can navigate ambiguity and turn it into clarity, focus, and momentum
• Understand how to balance user needs, operational realities, and business goals
• Enjoy collaborating across engineering, design, operations, and commercial stakeholders

• Internal tools, operational platforms, or workflow-heavy products
• Commercial or portfolio-side product management
• Hardware-enabled, IoT, or operationally complex products
• Fast-moving startup or scale-up environments
