Project Overview
This platform is a new development project for one of the largest healthcare insurance companies. It provides digital solutions for healthcare providers such as clinics, hospitals, and medical partners, helping them better serve patients, doctors, and caregivers while supporting insurance-related processes for partner organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture design for enterprise applications built on .NET technologies.
- Define scalable and secure architecture based on business needs and technical constraints.
- Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Set architecture principles, best practices, and development standards.
- Make key decisions on integration, API design, microservices, and data models.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code review support for development teams.
- Ensure system quality, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Support DevOps strategy, CI/CD setup, and cloud deployment on Azure or AWS.
- Join customer-facing or pre-sales discussions when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in Solution Architect or System Architect roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Good knowledge of EF Core or Dapper, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Familiar with RESTful APIs, microservices, and API Gateway architecture.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Good understanding of software design patterns, system integration, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of application security such as OAuth2, JWT, or IdentityServer.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare or insurance projects.
- Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or similar architecture frameworks.
- Azure Solutions Architect certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, .NET CMS, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Front-end experience with Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
