Job title: User Acquisition Specialist

Working Location: Lottery Tower, 77 Tran Nhan Ton, An Dong Ward, HCMC

Working Time: 09h00 - 18h00 (T2-T6) - flexible working

-Software Development

• Transform the existing backend into a microservice architecture, focusing on service design, APIs, data modeling, and migration strategy.
• Provide optimal technical solutions to ensure high-quality integration with 3rd parties (payment/financial partners), including reliability and idempotency.
• Develop and maintain the core financial platform to handle users, transactions, and reporting efficiently.
• Build and optimize systems to support co-lending processes, ensuring secure collaboration with financial partners.
• Enhance the API gateway and integration layer to simplify merchant onboarding and improve transaction processing.
• Enhance the admin portal and merchant portal backend services to support business and operational needs.

-Data Platform Development

• Work with the data engineering team to propose, design, and implement backend services for a data platform (event/data contracts, unified data model, and data access APIs) as a single source of truth for analytics.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams to explore and develop tools and automation to scale business operations
• Ensure consistent alignment and collaboration across functions.

-Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

-Experience & Domain Expertise

• Experience in banking, financial services or similar industries is a plus
• An interest and preferably working experience in an Agile software development environment

-Skills and Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of OOP, data structure, and algorithm
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, RESTful services).
• Solid experience designing and optimizing relational database schemas and SQL performance tuning (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
• Experience working with cloud services such as GCP, AWS or Azure
• Familiar with microservice architecture and its implications: REST APIs, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), service performance, data consistency (transaction boundaries, eventual consistency, Saga/Outbox), caching (Redis), observability (logging/metrics/tracing)
• Familiar with testing practices in backend services (JUnit, Mockito; integration testing/Testcontainers is a plus)
