Job title: Technical Leader (Lending Platform – Backend)

Working Location: Lottery Tower, 77 Tran Nhan Ton, An Dong Ward, HCMC

Working Time: 09h00 - 18h00 (T2-T6) - flexible working

What you will do:

Technical Ownership & Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery for Lending Platform systems, including:
• eKYC integrations (NFC, OCR, biometric), credit check / CIC / scoring, lending engine & credit engine, repayment & collection, and integration with lenders and financial partners
• Ensure systems are stable, scalable, secure, and delivered on time with high quality

Backend Solution & Architecture (Squad Level)

• Design and implement scalable backend services
• Propose and review solution design for new features
• Ensure code quality, system performance, and maintainability

Integration & Platform Development

• Design and implement integrations with banks, lenders, CIC, and payment partners
• Ensure integration flows are reliable, scalable, and extensible

Team Execution

• Break down tasks, estimate, and track progress
• Ensure delivery quality and timeline
• Support team members in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with Product/BA to clarify requirements and propose solutions
• Align with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

Qualification & Experiences

Must have:

• Strong backend background (Java/Spring)
• 4–7+ years of experience in backend/system development
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API integration, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience in fintech / lending / payment systems (required)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Good understanding of data modeling, transactions, and performance optimization
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, Copilot, …) with the ability to validate outputs and apply them effectively in development

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies is a plus
