As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for test plan creation, estimating, and prioritizing multiple projects. You will ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Growth teams for requirement clarification, scoping, and defining QA strategy to ensure high-quality delivery across platforms.

Requirements

Own end-to-end validation of MARTECH flows, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and conversion journeys.
Validate analytics tracking and event instrumentation across platforms (Web & Mobile Apps).
Ensure accuracy of data across analytics tools, CRM systems, and campaign tracking pipelines
Perform validation of marketing automations (push notifications, email journeys, trigger-based campaigns).
Identify and debug discrepancies between frontend events, APIs, and analytics dashboards.
Validate website flows, landing pages, funnels, and app journeys for performance and correctness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test ability of tracking, attribution, and campaign flows.
Contribute to automation of analytics validation and regression coverage.
Actively participate in improving QA processes, tools, and quality benchmarks across teams

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in manual testing of APIs, Web, and Mobile applications
Strong expertise in Manual Testing, Test Strategy Design, Test Scenario Creation, Test Case Writing, and Execution
Hands-on experience in Debugging using browser dev tools, network logs, and API tools (Postman, etc.)
Experience with Agile methodology (Sprints, issue tracking, etc.)
Strong ownership mindset, proactive approach, and communication skills
Experience in collaborating across Product, Marketing, Growth, and Engineering teams
Exposure to automation testing tools and basic scripting (Python/Java), with inclination toward automating analytics and tracking validations, is a plus.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Experience working in a product-based or fintech company.
ISTQB or equivalent certification.
