Job Description

Manage the daily operations of the game, including backend configuration, quality assurance, and live environment handling (bugs, hacks and operational evaluation)
Ensure a seamless in-game experience by configuring backend systems and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product related concerns effectively.
Conduct regular quality assurance and testing before the game goes live to deliver a zero-error experience for players.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field (preferably in tech companies).
Passion for gaming, with basic knowledge of the gaming industry - familiarity with shooting games is a plus.
Fluent in English and at least one other local language.
Experience in using and developing AI tools
Strong attention to detail and experience in handling meticulous tasks.
Excellent logical and critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
