IT Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall development team (Project Managers & Tech Leads)

- Ensure alignment of technical execution with business and client needs

- Oversee team performance and ensure delivery meets expected outcomes

- Provide direction and support for technical decision-making across projects

- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and prioritize project roadmap

- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement areas in development processes

- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and team productivity

- Support hiring, mentoring, and development of engineering team members

- Ensure proper resource allocation across projects based on priorities and capacity

Requirements

- Strong experience in software development and system design (SDLC, API, database, etc.)

- Proven experience in leading engineering teams (Tech Lead / Engineering Manager / similar roles)

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
