About the Company

The ServiceNow Developer is a highly technical role focused on building and scaling solutions within the ServiceNow enterprise platform. The ideal candidate would have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows, AI Assisted solutions on the ServiceNow platform, strong understanding of Now Assist, Service Operations Workspace, Predictive Intelligence, CMDB and other core ServiceNow ITSM functionalities. The developer will work in an Agile environment, delivering assigned tasks within sprint cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions.

Accountability

Design the application structure according to defined program specifications.
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow AI solutions, including Predictive Intelligent models, AI Search context, Workspace Agent Assist.
Customize and administrate NOW Assist settings and features (ITSM, Knowledge, Incident).
Customize and configure the ServiceNow workspace to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration methods.
Automate repetitive tasks and processes using workflows, orchestration, and scripting.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and defects in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.
Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and solutions.
