🔍 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pega PRPC Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, testing and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, development, and implementation of complex Pega PRPC (Pega Platform) applications, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and architectural standards.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other IT teams to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and scalable Pega workflows.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Oversee the integration of Pega applications with other enterprise systems using various methods such as web services and APIs, optimizing data transfer and managing complex integration requirements.
• Focus on performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security hardening of Pega applications to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior Pega developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest Pega technologies, industry trends, and best practices, driving innovation and recommending strategic improvements to our Pega platform.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience working as Pega PRPC developer

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
