🚀 We’re Hiring: Mobile App Security Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking experienced Mobile App Security Engineers to join our project on a contract basis.

📆 Contract Duration: 1 Year (extendable)

🏡 Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home)

⏰ Working Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST

📍 Location Requirement: Must currently reside in India

⚡ Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred

📌 Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Mobile App Security Engineer. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols for mobile applications to protect sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and mobile application penetration testing
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and mitigate security risks
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
• Monitor and respond to security incidents
• Stay updated with the latest security threats and trends

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Mobile App Security Engineering
• Strong understanding of mobile application security, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Expertise in mobile runtime protection and code obfuscation
• Hands-on experience in mobile penetration testing
• Experience with secure coding practices and encryption methods
• Proficiency with tools such as OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or similar
• Knowledge of mobile app development (iOS & Android) using Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C
• Familiarity with standards such as OWASP MSTG, GDPR, or HIPAA
• Experience in cloud security assessments is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a “hacker mindset”
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or CISSP are a plus
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration
