Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Developers to join our IS Tool Development team. This role will be working collaboratively with the Software Solution and Tools team in managing multiple Tools for Efficiency (TFE) that are being used by our service lines.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Development and Implementation: Design, code, test, and deploy complex applications. Ensure that your code meets the highest standards of quality, performance and scalability
• Accountability: Take ownership of your tasks and projects. Ensure timely completion and proactively address any issues that arise
• Self-Direction: Work independently and manage your workload effectively. Seek out opportunities for improvement and take initiative in your work
• Planning: Gather, consolidate and organize business requirements in technical story cards, with clear requirements and acceptance criteria ready to be tackled during upcoming sprints. Guide other team members on the same practices
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including senior leaders and peers. Participate in team discussions and contribute to overall success of the project. You’ll be expected to engage with project stakeholders and mentor junior developers.
• Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with team members and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on your progress and seek feedback to improve
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices and emerging technologies. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Proficiency in one or more of C#/.NET, Python or Node.js
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular or Vue) and responsive design principles
• Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL and No SQL databases such as Azure CosmosDB or MongoDB
• Knowledge of microservices architecture an implementation
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git
• Working understanding of Azure and CI/CD pipelines
  
  

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

This job offer is based in Makati City.
