Job Summary

We are seeking a critical-thinking Data Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in defining key business metrics, monitoring product performance, and identifying risk factors such as fraud. You will work closely with Data Platform, Product, and Operations teams to interpret complex data into actionable insights, helping GHN maintain its competitive advantage in the e-commerce logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Metrics & Reporting: Define key business metrics and build dashboards using visualization tools to track product performance and cross-functional objectives.
• Analysis & Insights: Perform deep-dive analysis on user behaviors, product performance, and pain points. Apply statistical techniques and domain knowledge to provide actionable recommendations for product and solution development.
• Risk & Fraud Monitoring: Monitor and identify abnormal user activities, including fake accounts, promotion abuse, and driver misbehaviors. Collaborate with Risk Strategy & Ops teams to track the effectiveness of rules and policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Platform team to ensure data accuracy and quality. Partner with Software Engineers and Product teams to validate the impact of solutions (coverage, false positives, drop-off rates) and adapt to changing conditions.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience working directly with software engineers and cross-functional teams; background in e-wallet, e-commerce, or technical products is a strong plus.

Skills:

• Strong command of SQL (e.g., Google BigQuery) and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio) and big data computation engines (e.g., Spark) is preferred.
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Airflow is a plus.
• Ability to think critically, analyze problems with strong attention to detail, and distill insights to meet business needs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
