Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to build our next-generation, GenAI-powered enterprise platform. This role bridges the gap between advanced Generative AI and core enterprise software engineering. You will be hands-on in developing autonomous AI agents (e.g., Scoring, Educator, and Engagement Agents) and, crucially, wrapping these capabilities into .NET SDKs for seamless integration. Whether you are building agents natively in .NET using Semantic Kernel or building them in Python (LangGraph/LangChain) and integrating them into our .NET backend, you will ensure our GenAI capabilities are scalable, secure, and accessible across our platform.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with frontend technologies (React) to facilitate end-to-end full-stack development.

Hands-on experience with specific vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and Snowflake integrations.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• NET SDK Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET SDKs (AI Foundational Services – AIFS) that package complex agentic workflows and make them easily consumable by our core Business & Analytical layers.
  
  
  

Agentic AI & GenAI: Build and optimize specialized autonomous agents utilizing GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or Microsoft Semantic Kernel).

Full Stack Integration: Build seamless REST APIs and orchestration layers using .NET and Azure Functions to connect the backend GenAI logic with the frontend Experience Layer (React/Web).

Prompt Engineering & Orchestration: Manage conversational memory, human-in-the-loop (HIL) approval states, and complex prompt chains to ensure context-aware outputs.

RAG & Data Pipelines: Connect agents to our Knowledge Base and Snowflake (our source of truth) using advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience: 6–10 years of full-stack software engineering, with a strong recent focus on Generative AI and building API/SDK-driven applications.

Core Programming Profile: You must fit one of these two profiles:

Profile A: Strong C#/.NET developer with proven, hands-on experience building Agentic AI workflows (e.g., using Semantic Kernel).

Profile B: Strong Python developer (LangChain/LangGraph) with significant, proven exposure to the C#/.NET ecosystem and the ability to build/integrate .NET SDKs.

Agentic AI Expertise: Proven experience building multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, and complex LLM orchestrations.

Cloud & Full Stack: Hands-on experience deploying scalable applications in Microsoft Azure (Azure API Management, Azure Functions) and integrating frontend/backend services.
