AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy

scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for a software product company. The ideal candidate

will have hands-on experience working across domains such as Healthcare, Digital Gold, FinTech,

Real Estate, and AR/VR, along with strong expertise in modern AI tools, GPT models, and cloud-

based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML & Generative AI Development

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI models

• Build AI-powered applications using GPT models and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)

• Develop use cases like chatbots, recommendation systems, document processing, and

automation tools

• Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and optimize LLMs for domain-specific applications

• Implement NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics solutions

Domain-Based Solution Development

• Build scalable AI solutions across domains:

o Healthcare (diagnostics, patient data insights)

o Digital Gold (pricing, trading insights, fraud detection)

o FinTech (risk analysis, KYC automation, credit scoring)

o Real Estate (price discovery, recommendation engines)

o AR/VR (intelligent interaction, personalization)

Data Engineering & Processing

• Work with structured and unstructured datasets from multiple domains

• Perform data cleaning, pre processing, and feature engineering

• Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference

Model Deployment & MLOps

• Deploy models using APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI applications

• Monitor model performance, drift, and retraining pipelines

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders

• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions

• Document models, workflows, and system architecture

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI

• Experience working in a product-based company or multi-domain environment

• Strong understanding of end-to-end ML lifecycle

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GPT models, and prompt engineering

• Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks:

o OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Claude / Gemini

o LangChain, LlamaIndex

o Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
