Minimum qualifications:

- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e,g., Swift).
- Experience in developing iOS applications.

As the iOS Software Engineer, you will join the Fitbit Activity Coaching team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing features within the Fitbit iOS application that provide personalized coaching and insights to help users lead healthier lives. You will collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to build high-quality, user-centric mobile experiences on the iOS platform.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
- Triage product or system issues and debug, track, and resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Design, develop, and test new user-facing features for activity tracking, goal setting, and personalized coaching within the Fitbit operating system application.
- Debug and resolve issues, optimizing application performance, and ensuring a high-quality user experience on the iOS platform.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Swift and Objective-C code.
