Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
2 years of experience as a developer, Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET), or automation engineer.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of experience in specialized testing such as production testing, system integration testing, etc.
Experience working with Kubernetes or other Google Cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop frameworks and automation for running tests, collecting results and triaging issues on the Google Distributed Cloud Hosted (GDCH) platform.
Work with partner teams to evaluate testing requirements, come up with test plans and implement test cases using Google frameworks to accelerate end-to-end testing of the platform.
Collaborate with other Engineers, Program Managers, and Technical Program Managers to deliver a high-quality system.
