Job Description

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) aims to transform the delivery of Government digital services and products by taking an "outside-in" view, putting citizens and businesses at the heart of everything we do. We also develop the Smart Nation infrastructure and applications and facilitate collaboration with citizens and businesses to co-develop technologies.

Join us as we support Singapore’s vision of building a Smart Nation - a nation of possibilities empowered through info-communications technology and related engineering.

Do you want to apply your skills, knowledge and energy to implement cutting-edge infocomm technology and digital solutions that will change the lives of Singaporeans and the public? In GovTech, you can!

Product Managers make sure that the right things get done so that our digital products meet user needs and continuously remain relevant. At a high level, this means establishing a clear vision for what a product should be and what is needed to get there. On a day-to-day basis, this means handling all the different facets of a product and making sure they are coordinated – across user needs, technical constraints, and design goals.

Be the leader and driver in executing the implementation of Government to Businesses products in Singapore Customs from the transformation of business processes to product development, testing, delivery and continuous improvements. In particular, a major product you will be working on is the platform that enables trade-related transactions and connections between various stakeholders in the trade ecosystem, including overseas Customs authorities and other trade regulators in Singapore. In addition, you will coach some product managers in the Finance cluster.

You will lead a team and be involved in planning and executing the full product lifecycle including the following:
