We aim to provide reliable digital identity for Singapore that streamlines transactions, enables businesses, and protects against fraud. This involves improving the online transaction experience with Singpass and Corppass while keeping it secure. It includes everything from building better frontend applications for residents and keeping an eye on fraudulent transactions to improving internal operations and working with our partners.

As Product Manager, Your Job Will Be To

• Determine what problems are worth solving in your problem space and decide what approach best delivers value to your users
• Create a plan and prioritize your product pipeline based on your opportunities, resources, and limitations
• Work with people from engineering, design, policy, and operations to bring your product to success
• Measure and track your product’s progress
• Wear multiple hats to help the product succeed. You may be taking time to understand a problem, introducing processes, or resolving an issue from a user or partner

[What we are looking for]

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can independently drive products that deliver meaningful public good, and operate effectively in a complex, fast-moving environment.

In This Role, You Will

• Own and drive product impact in the digital identity space
  
  

Take end-to-end ownership of key product areas, shaping direction in alignment with Singpass' broader strategy. Translate user, ecosystem, and policy needs into clear product bets and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Lead products from discovery to scale
  
  

Drive the full product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch and iteration at scale. Identify high-value opportunities, define product strategy, and consistently deliver products that achieve strong adoption and product-market fit.

• Make high-quality, data-informed decisions
  
  

Define success metrics, evaluate trade-offs, and prioritize effectively using data, user insights, and strategic context. Focus efforts on initiatives that drive the most meaningful impact across a diverse and evolving user base.

• Partner deeply with engineering and design
  
  

Work closely with cross-functional teams with sufficient technical and design depth to challenge assumptions, guide decisions, and ensure high-quality, timely execution.

• Demonstrate strong ownership and bias for action
  
  

Operate with a high degree of autonomy. Navigate ambiguity, identify gaps, and proactively drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction.

• Influence and align stakeholders effectively
  
  

Communicate clearly and structure decisions well to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 3–4+ years of recent product management experience, with a track record of owning and delivering products end-to-end
• Experience in high-performing technology environments with exposure to strong product practices
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives independently, including work beyond defined scope
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams, including working with senior leaders
• Strong product judgement, including making sound trade-offs and delivering consistent outcomes under constraints
