The use of quantitative analysis and insights in financial markets enables us to compete in some of the most complex and competitive products. We have a team of passionate engineers and traders who have built some of the fastest systems for trading. We have some of the most accomplished quantitative traders in India.

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer based in Gurugram, India to join our growing technology team. Further details of the role are outlined below.

What You Will Do:

Build operations monitoring tools- real-time dashboards, health monitoring, WebSocket-based status updates
Develop AI-powered automation- Slack/Jira bots with LLM integration, automated incident response
Build data pipelines- ingest metrics from multiple sources (OpsGenie, AWS SQS, Graphite), transform and store operational data
Enhance observability stack- Prometheus exporters, Grafana dashboards, alerting systems
Reduce operational toil automate workflows, self-service tools, background task processing

What You Need to Succeed

5-8 years of strong proficiency in Python and web application development (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
Strong understanding and opinions on RESTful API development, and Real-time systems - WebSockets, event-driven architectures, message queues (Redis, Celery)
Database experience - PostgreSQL/MySQL, complex queries, ORMs, migrations, optimization
Linux/Unix proficiency - shell scripting, process management, debugging
Docker - multi-container applications, docker-compose
Git - version control, code review workflows
Observability fundamentals - metrics, logging, alerting (Prometheus, Grafana)
Strong problem-solving skills - debugging distributed systems independently
