Core Skills & Experience
Automation & Test Frameworks
- Experience using Playwright for UI and functional automation (preferably in TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of testing best practices, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Experienced with test management tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Experience executing tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient with Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions.
- Experience using Postman and OpenAPI.
- Understanding of REST API testing, particularly within D365 FinOps environments.
- Able to coach manual testers on adopting automation practices.
- Works effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align on testing scope and quality goals.
- Proactive in raising risks that could impact release timelines and escalating to stakeholders when required.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver test execution within sprint boundaries.
- Comfortable managing workload independently and meeting deadlines.
- A real voice for quality in the team, pushing back on requirements when they are not complete and ensuring everyone understands the expectations for quality in development.

- Salesforce: Core platform for CRM, customer data, and business process management.
- AWS: Cloud infrastructure supporting backend services, integrations, and scalability.
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O): Enterprise ERP system managing finance, operations, and business workflows, including REST-based integrations.

- UI Automation: Playwright (TypeScript) for cross-browser functional and regression testing.
