Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the evolution of GrayQuest's core education-fee platform and EMI-financing platform. This role demands a product-focused professional who can enhance user experiences across our 7,000+ institution network, optimise payment and lending flows, and build scalable product systems. You will own key product initiatives that directly impact platform adoption, transaction growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Execution

Parent Experience: Optimise the end-to-end parent journey from fee discovery to EMI completion, ensuring transparency and ease of use
Institution Success: Design product features that increase value for educational institutions, including better reporting dashboards, reconciliation tools, and fee collection analytics
Partnership Integration: Work with banking and NBFC partners to streamline loan origination processes and improve underwriting experiences
Technical Product Management: Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable systems, optimize payment processing, and ensure platform reliability at growing transaction volumes
Regulatory Compliance: Translate RBI guidelines (Digital Lending Guidelines, LSP requirements) into compliant product flows and user interfaces

Performance Optimisation

Conversion Analytics: Monitor and optimise key product metrics including EMI adoption rates, payment success ratios, and user engagement across the platform
Product-Market Fit: Continuously refine product offerings based on institutional feedback, parent behaviour data, and market research to strengthen competitive positioning

You will be a good fit if you bring in:

Technical & Analytical Skills

Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive product decisions and optimise user funnels
API and integration experience with payment gateways, banking systems, and third-party financial services
User research and design thinking expertise to create intuitive experiences for diverse user segments

Domain Knowledge (good to have)

Financial services background with understanding of EMI products, payment processing, and regulatory compliance (RBI, NPCI guidelines)
3+ years of experience in product management.
B2B platform experience with multi-sided marketplace or embedded finance products preferred
