Analytics & Data Engineer

We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the data-driven business space looking to hire an Analytics Engineer to support and scale their data capabilities.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, where you will work closely with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights while improving data infrastructure and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimise data pipelines and warehouse structures to ensure reliable and scalable data flow.
• Maintain and enhance business dashboards and reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and usability for stakeholders.
• Analyse internal and external datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Handle ad-hoc data queries and requests from internal teams, delivering timely and accurate insights.
• Continuously improve data workflows, reporting efficiency, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and engineering tasks.
• Experience with RDBMS (Postgres, MS SQL Server) and data modelling concepts.
• Proven ability to manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, derive insights, and think creatively to solve data challenges.
• Able to work independently, manage stakeholders effectively, and communicate insights clearly across teams.
