Job Title: Offshore Full Stack Developer

Experience: 6–10 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (Frontend) and Python FastAPI (Backend) to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modern UI development and backend microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications
• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React
• Develop robust and high-performance backend services using Python (FastAPI)
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and JSON-based services
• Implement microservices architecture for scalable systems
• Work with WebSockets and asynchronous programming for real-time features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability best practices

Must Have Skills:

Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React (mandatory)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON handling
• Familiarity with modern UI/UX frameworks and component libraries
• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI (mandatory)
• Experience in RESTful API design and development
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with WebSockets and async programming

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL / NoSQL)
• Experience in scalable and high-traffic applications
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
