📌 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI (RAG), Distributed Systems, and Cloud/DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade systems, with a solid foundation in programming, design, and databases.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions leveraging Generative AI (RAG) frameworks and LLMs.
• Work with distributed systems (Kafka, Message Queues, AWS Kinesis, Azure EventHub) to build scalable, reliable pipelines.
• Debug and resolve production issues using observability tools such as AppDynamics, NewRelic, Azure Monitor, Datadog.
• Write clean, optimized code in Python, Java, or .NET, with strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills.
• Contribute to DevOps processes including CI/CD, containerization (Docker + Kubernetes), and security practices (SAST/DAST/RAST).
• Collaborate on low-level design of functional modules, applying coding principles and design patterns.
• Work with databases and SQL, ensuring efficient query design and optimization.
• Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (preferably Azure, but AWS/GCP experience is also valued).

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Gen AI - RAG: Trained/POC execution; production experience is a plus. Strong understanding of LLMs, inference APIs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Distributed Systems: End-to-end development and deployment experience with Kafka/EventHub/Kinesis.
• Programming Languages: Strong coding ability in Python/Java/.NET.
• DevOps: CI/CD, containerization (Docker + Kubernetes), static code analysis, and security testing.
• Design: Ability to design functional modules with coding principles/patterns.
• Databases: Solid understanding of DB fundamentals and SQL optimization.

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

• Agentic AI: Exposure to agent-based AI systems and orchestration.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience across multiple cloud providers (Azure preferred).
