Role: WalkMe Builder
Key Responsibilities
WalkMe Content Build & Configuration
- Build WalkMe assets in WalkMe Editor for Oracle EBS OTL workflows, including:
- Smart Walk-Thrus (end-to-end guided processes)
- SmartTips (field-level guidance and validations)
- Launchers (contextual access to help)
- ShoutOuts (time-bound communications, where applicable)
- Configure step logic, rules, and segmentation based on role (Employee, Manager, Approver, Payroll/HR).
- Ensure WalkMe content aligns with Oracle EBS navigation, forms behaviour, and validations.
- Follow WalkMe UX best practices for step clarity, error handling, and reusability.
Oracle EBS OTL Process Support
- Support key Oracle Time & Labor user journeys such as:
- Time entry and submission
- Time corrections / updates
- Approval workflows
- Exceptions and error handling
- Historical time adjustments and audits
- Partner with Oracle OTL SMEs to validate steps and edge cases.
Testing, UAT & Production Support
- Perform functional testing of WalkMe content in DEV/UAT environments.
- Resolve content breaks caused by Oracle EBS UI behavior or configuration changes.
- Support UAT cycles, incorporating business feedback.
- Assist with promotion of WalkMe content to Production.
- Provide hypercare support post go-live (break fixes, quick enhancements).
Documentation & Handover
- Maintain a WalkMe content inventory (list of Walk-Thrus, tips, launchers).
- Apply agreed naming conventions and version control standards.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal WalkMe administrators/builders.
- Deliver basic admin guidance for maintaining and updating content post-engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on WalkMe build experience (Builder role, not only advisory).
- Proven experience creating WalkMe content on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Strong knowledge of:
- WalkMe Editor
- Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts
- Rule logic and segmentation
- Experience supporting enterprise applications (HR, Payroll, ERP, Finance).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Oracle EBS Time & Labor (OTL).
- WalkMe certification (any level).
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS Forms / Web UI nuances.
- Experience supporting go-live and hypercare phases.
- Understanding of digital adoption metrics and optimization.

- WalkMe guidance available for top OTL user journeys at go-live
- Reduced user errors and OTL-related support tickets
- High completion rates on critical Walk-Thrus
- Positive feedback from business and HR/Payroll stakeholders
- Smooth knowledge handover at end of engagement
