Senior Test Engineer

Role: Test Lead/ Test Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Locally available candidate in Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia will be preferred.

• More than 3-8 years’ experience in testing with experience in test planning, test design, test executions, test reports, and testing managements that follow STLC/ TCoE/ TMMi guidance.
• Working and leading a team of more than 5 people for a project.
• Well verse managing multiple parallel testing executions.

Specific Skills / Knowledge and Certification Required

• Experience in testing related to Banking system or application (Mandatory)
• Able to evaluate alternatives objectively and make effective, realistic, and timely decision and recommendation.
• Be an assertive and innovative collaborator, highly independent, committed, initiative-taking, resourceful and result-oriented.
• Ability to network across a variety of functions at various levels.
• Ability to multi-task, highly numerical with great diligence and work with various levels of people.
• Experience of working in fast-moving business environment.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Strong computer skills (e.g. MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure to meet datelines.
• Having additional testing certification (e.g. CTFL) will be added advantages.
• Experiences in working and using any testing tools or applications.
