Test Lead

We are looking for a Test Lead with strong expertise in preparing and executing test cases for Front Office (FO), Back Office (BO), and Risk modules. The ideal candidate will lead the testing team, ensure quality deliverables, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate system functionality across critical business workflows.

• Experience: 5–8 years in relevant IT/business domains
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies and test cases.
• Develop, review, and maintain test documentation for FO, BO, and Risk modules.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements are fully tested.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes.
• Mentor and guide junior testers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Drive automation initiatives where applicable to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
