Snowflake profiles with a good understanding of MDM fundamentals

Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

• Strong understanding of MDM fundamentals (golden record, matching, survivorship, hierarchies, data quality).
• Experience working with Commercial Pharma data, including HCP, HCO, affiliations, and related reference data.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Techno‑Functional Analyst in enterprise data or platform environments.
• Strong documentation skills (business requirements, functional specs, user stories).

Technical & Platform Experience

• Experience working in Agile / DevOps delivery models.
• Familiarity with data integrations, ETL concepts, and downstream data consumers.
• Veeva Network (MDM) experience is a strong plus.
• Exposure to CRM ecosystems (e.g., Veeva CRM, Salesforce) is preferred
